HOW DO DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA ACCOUNTS WORK?

The code you receive to claim your DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA Account has a variable redemption period which will be communicated at time of purchase or receipt, this validity will differ depending on the program.  Contact the firm issuing you the code or call 1800 446 347 to determine the validity period of any DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA Account voucher codes.  Once claimed the DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA Account validity period is 6 months from date of issue.  This expiry is emailed to you once claimed.

You can check your DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA Account's available balance and complete transaction history online, at any time, free of charge.  Click on the activ8card.com.au link and follow the prompts.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PURCHASE EXCEEDS THE AVAILABLE BALANCE OF YOUR DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA ACCOUNT?

If you attempt to use your DIGITAL VIRTUAL VISA Account for a transaction that is greater than the remaining available balance - the transaction will be declined.
